Deep Ocean is ideal for inducing deeper relaxation states. It suits healing, body works and Reiki. For these relaxation sessions all disturbance should be prevented in advance, and the position should be such as that falling asleep can be—but should ideally not be—a natural follow-up.

Practically, this is 3 CDs in 1, for there are three different stages of relaxation that are each divided into four phases. These phases, in all three cycles, are each deepening the relaxation response once more, thereby leading you very gradually into very deep relaxation.

  • Light Relaxation (Tracks 1 — 4)
  • Medium Relaxation (Tracks 5 — 8)
  • Deep Relaxation (Tracks 9 — 12)

You may use this music without any other method, but you can also combine it, for example, with physical relaxation (The Jacobsen Method), if you wish to. In this case, you tighten and loosen your muscles, one after the other, as it is taught in many practical books. I myself prefer to leave my body simply quiet and use only music and high-quality headphones, such as GRADO headphones, for inducing the relaxation.
